USS Arkansas (SSN-800) will be a Block 4 Virginia-class submarine for the United States Navy. It was ordered on April 28, 2014. During a naming ceremony on June 15, 2016, Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus announced that future U.S. Navy submarine SSN-800 will bear the name USS Arkansas.

USS Arkansas was featured in the 2018 navy thriller film Hunter Killer, which was based on the novel Firing Point by George Wallace and Don Keith.
